Coverage is paid by the company for all eligible employees.

Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts:

Available to employees and allows employees to set aside money on a pretax basis to pay for a variety of approved health care expenses and dependent care expenses.

Short-term Disability Insurance:

Coverage is available to employees on a voluntary basis.

Long-term Disability Insurance:

Coverage is available to employees on a voluntary basis.

401(K) Retirement Account:

The plan is available to employees and includes an employer match on employee contributions.

Vacation:

Hourly and salaried employees are eligible for paid vacation time based on their length of service with the company. Unused vacation may be rolled over for a period of 90 days.

Holidays:

The holiday schedule is updated annually and available to employees.

Sick Leave:

Employee may take 5 sick days per year. Unused sick days are transferred to a sick bank for employees to use when they are out sick for three (3) days or more.
